In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present personalised insurance solutions that support our new business and renewal growth.
You’ll receive structured onboarding and development through our Sales Academy, giving you full training on our systems, processes and consultative sales approach. This is a long-term role with clear progression opportunities, including the potential to advance into a Client Relations Manager–level position.
We’re looking for confident communicators with strong organisation, professionalism and a proactive mindset. Previous sales experience is essential for this role.

Senior GenAI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, specializing in Generative AI. Expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and RAGs. Proficiency in Python, AI frameworks, and cloud platforms. Experience building APIs and deploying scalable AI models. Strong NLP skills and understanding of AI ethics.
