Responsible for propellant and liner formulations for rocket motors, ensuring compliance with specifications. Develops new formulations, manages technology transfer, and provides technical support to manufacturing. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in an explosive environment.

Manages audit software tools, procedures, and templates, performing audits and overseeing external certification processes. Develops, implements, and maintains the audit management software tool globally. Leads projects to improve existing tools and identifies improvement potentials in the audit management system. Conducts internal system and process audits and plans, coordinates, and executes external audits.
