The Receptionist will manage all reception department tasks for hotel guests, including check-in/check-out, customer service, concierge duties, reservation review, and night audits.

Executes, in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner, the service and sale of food and beverages. Receives clients and accommodates them if necessary. Offers direct customer service in the consumption of food and beverages. Responsible for the preparation, assembly, and disassembly of services: preparation and organization of tables and chairs, etc. Maintains and prepares the areas and tools of work necessary for the correct development of the service.

Assists in maintaining kitchen hygiene and order. Performs tasks such as cleaning, chopping vegetables, and preparing ingredients. Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and a culinary degree or equivalent training.
