The Sustainability Technician will implement and maintain environmental and energy management systems (ISO 14001 & 50001) across the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing the HQ Environmental Management System, coordinating certifications, leading internal audits, consolidating environmental reporting, and supporting carbon footprint calculation and ESG reporting.

This position supports a variety of QC laboratory activities including testing raw materials, in-process, finished product, stability, and packaging materials. Duties include method qualifications, instrument validations, and training others in analytical techniques.

Supports the development of a sustainable Lean culture by driving the elimination of waste and enabling the flow of value to the customer. Leads, facilitates, and coaches A3 projects, cross-functional kaizen events, and multi-practitioner teams. Ensures alignment with the CI Strategy and Global Operational Excellence. Identifies opportunities for process improvement projects and ensures completion through data/technical justification, implementation, and qualification. Leads, mentors, and trains the Site Team to raise Lean Awareness and build lean capability.
