MARBELLA Producer / Fixer
This role is a Marbella-based Local Producer responsible for the end-to-end physical execution of high-quality YouTube shoots. You act as the bilingual bridge between an English-speaking Creator and local Spanish resources, handling everything from location scouting and permitting to hiring technical crews. Ultimately, you are the "Fixer" who builds the entire production infrastructure so the talent can arrive and start filming immediately.

Responsibilities
You are the boots-on-the-ground lead responsible for turning a YouTube creator’s vision into a physical reality. Based in the Marbella/Costa del Sol area, you act as the vital link between international strategy and local execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Production Infrastructure: Scout luxury locations, secure permits, and hire local technical crews (camera, sound, etc.).
- Logistics & Sourcing: Manage equipment rentals, prop sourcing, and transportation.
- The "Bridge": Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) translation and vendor negotiation.
- Problem Solving: Act as the ultimate "Fixer" to handle on-set pivots and last-minute needs.
Key Requirements
- Local Expertise: Deep network in Málaga/Marbella and your own transport.
- Experience: Proven background in production, events, or location management.
- Mindset: Resourceful, highly organized, and ready for a fast-paced digital content environment.
