SALES ASSOCIATE

Our client, one of the world’s most popular expat insurance broker, is seeking a motivated Sales Team Associate to join their growing team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present personalised insurance solutions that support our new business and renewal growth. You’ll receive structured onboarding and development through our Sales Academy, giving you full training on our systems, processes and consultative sales approach. This is a long-term role with clear progression opportunities, including the potential to advance into a Client Relations Manager–level position. We’re looking for confident communicators with strong organisation, professionalism and a proactive mindset. Previous sales experience is essential for this role. Please note: Candidates must be fluent in English and hold all legal documentation required to live and work in Spain. Applicants must be based in the Málaga province / Costa del Sol and be able to travel to the office when required
