Responsibilities

Your tasks will be focussed on supporting the sales team and acquiring new business within the UK+IE market with the following responsibilities:
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to acquire new business
  • Telephone customer service and account management
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, regularly updating ERP with follow-ups and quotations
  • Create and manage quotations and documentation
  • Construct strong customer relationships by assuring customer satisfaction through post sales service and effective solution selling
  • Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins for the business
  • Offer hands-on customer support.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce
  • Experience in sales and customer service - preferably within the IT sector
  • Results driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targets
  • Native English is mandatory. Spanish desirable.
  • Available to work from Madrid - already resident in Madrid preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts
