Summary

We’re looking for a client-facing Interior Designer with end-to-end project experience (3+ years) to lead residential projects from brief to installation. You’ll guide international clients through concept, specification, procurement, and delivery, supported by our production manager, design assistant, and trusted installers. This role suits a well-organised designer who communicates clearly, works well both individually and in a team, loves problem-solving on site, and can balance creativity with budgets and timelines. Responsibilities

  • Own the client journey: discovery, brief, scope, and presentation (in-studio and via video for remote clients).
  • Design & documentation: mood boards, finishes, 2D layouts
  • Product curation: source furniture, lighting, textiles, wallcoverings; prepare clear product pages
  • Measurements & planning: liaise with fitters to confirm window treatments, rugs, and made-to-measure items.
  • Project management: budgets, timelines, supplier orders, logistics, and installation schedules.
  • On-site leadership: coordinate deliveries, installers, electricians; oversee dressing & styling; snag and sign-off.
  • Communication: keep clients updated (many abroad), record progress
  • Collaboration: work closely with our Production Manager and Design Assistant; handover to aftercare where needed.
  • Showroom support: welcome walk-ins, run consultations, and contribute to displays.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years end-to-end residential interior design experience (concept → install).
  • Fluent English & Spanish (spoken and written); confident with international clients.
  • Strong space planning and fixture & furnishing knowledge; practical understanding of window treatments (curtains/blinds), rugs, and lighting.
  • Clear, client-friendly presentation skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation: budgets, supplier communication, ordering, and timelines.
  • A solutions mindset and calm under pressure.

Offer

  • Growth path: lead larger projects; potential to mentor juniors or progress to Senior/Design Lead.
  • Team support: production manager, design assistant, trusted installers, and a well-stocked supplier network.
  • Diverse work: new builds, reforms, turnkey furniture packs, and bespoke interiors across Estepona, Marbella, Sotogrande, and beyond.
