Responsibilities

Requested Position: Aftersales Concierge

Location: Mallorca – Santa Ponsa

Hours and days: Full time, Monday to Friday – office time.

Job description: This position is very much customer service oriented. Concierge’s are in contact with our clients, organizing the necessary logistics to proceed with repairs in the boats ( marinas, other yacht brokers, subcontractors, etc…), handovers of brand new boats, meeting clients on board, etc…

Concierges are basically the point of contact between the clients and the company. In addition to this, there is very strong team work with the rest of the team and a good together work is basic to achieve the standards of customer service and satisfaction we are looking for. Elaboration of quotes, meeting new clients or invoicing, is another part of everyday’s Concierge’s life.
