Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic canyoning guides to join our team. This is a great opportunity if you like to be active and earn extra over the summer while working in a breathtaking natural setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead safe and engaging 3-hour canyoning tours.
  • Prepare and check all equipment, including ropes and safety gear, before tours.
  • Provide clear safety instructions and ensure all participants understand tour guidelines.
  • Manage any emergencies with promptness and efficiency, including administering first aid.
  • Share knowledge about the canyon’s history and natural features, improving the overall tour experience.
  • Work with the team to manage schedules and maintain high standards of tour quality.

Qualifications

  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must speak and understand English fluently.
  • You must have a driver's license and vehicle.
  • You must be motivated, representative and fit.
  • If you have humor, thrive in social settings and can effortlessly connect with people this is a big plus.
  • You must be available at least four full days per week in June, July and August.
  • You preferably have experience with canyoning or similar activities.

Offer

  • Earn €100-€150+ per day
  • All tips are for you to keep.

As a canyoning guide for Marbella Adventures, you'll have the incredible opportunity to lead 3-hour expeditions through the canyon of Benahavís (near Marbella), immersing yourself in nature while providing unforgettable experiences for our participants. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about outdoor adventures, with good social skills and an extroverted personality. 
This is a seasonal summer job between May and September, making it a great option for freelancers/autónomos. There are different possibilities in terms of the period you work and the hours per week – all can be discussed. We offer a very attractive salary, much higher than the average salary in Spain.
