Junior Sales Executive

This job will involve cold calling on the phone, we are looking for people who have the ability to make deals, this means they are able to make opportunities, speak with confidence, and close deals.

All of our Junior Sales Executives are fully trained and supported. After 2 weeks you will take full control of your earnings and potential. Success is rewarded with promotion and a generous commission package, as well as other excellent benefits.

Basic salary is €22,000 p.a, (Average OTE by month 12 tends to be €45-55,000 p.a.)

There is no cap on earnings, and commission is earned on margin after achieving a small commission threshold.

No previous sales experience is required to be successful at the interview, but you must be hungry determined, and driven. You need to be switched on and able to apply any training quickly as well as have excellent business instincts and high levels of confidence at all times.
