Due to an expanding customer portfolio. MTSea is looking for a full time Salesperson for their Water Treatment services. The person needs to be fluent in English while Spanish and other languages would be a benefit. They should be familiar and have experience of working on or around yachts, they should be friendly, outgoing and enjoy team working, they must be able to live and work legally in Spain and have a driving licence. The commission scheme is generous and would suit yacht crew who are looking to work ashore in and around Palma. The purpose of the role is to broaden our current client base and assist in the development of the company. MTSea believes in the importance of evidence-based services, so there would be a need to become knowledgeable about water treatment, the relevant regulations and what is accepted as good practice. There will be support for this learning but there is also a need to be self-motivated to study and share knowledge with colleagues to push the service forward.
