Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Cyber Security Architect to join our dynamic team. As a cyber security professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. In addition, you provide advice and direction to our customers on security related matters.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Respond to security incidents and alerts.
- Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Collaborate with IT teams and our in-house SOC to ensure the integration of security measures into infrastructure and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
- Development of new security services.
- Recognize and follow up on opportunities to improve our security (services).
- Contribute to the (cloud) security vision within Open Line.
- Improve security knowledge and awareness within the company and at our customers.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in different cybersecurity roles.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Certifications related to security architecture and technologies are a plus.
- Deep understanding of network principals.
- Willing to travel within Europe on a regular basis.
- Broad knowledge of the cyber security playing field
Personal Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in English (Spanish and/or Dutch are a pre) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- A pro-active and positive mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of security.
