Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Personal Assistant to the Sales Manager to support, structure and supervise day-to-day operations and coordinate mid-term sales-related projects between different departments within the company.

Responsibilities

Gathering and structuring of internal reports from various company departments.
General administrative duties (research, updating of documentation, communication with clients, travels organisation).
Comprehensive database management.
Take responsibility for specific clients accounts.
Coordinate and streamline individual mid-term sales projects (eg. Marketing, events planning, etc).
Participate in client meetings and yacht shows (occasionally can involve traveling mainly Europe, USA, Caribbean and Emirates).
Effectively manage sales budgets whilst achieving targets.

Qualifications

Musts:

Demonstrated experience in similar positions.
Excellent proficiency in English language (verbal and written).
Proficient with Ms Office / Google Suite.

Preferred:

Sales experience and knowledge about the yachting industry.
