Summary

Coral Club Spain is looking for a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­Regional Sales Manager who would manage, develop, and support the sales process on the local market. Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process and support an existing team of sales managers (product distributors)
  • Create and build partnerships with regional distributors
  • Create conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentation, communication rules and marketing promotions
  • Motivate and support distributors with information
  • Analyse and planning sales, indicators for the region
  • Identify and stimulate the activity of distributors
  • Understand the regional market and its development
  • Collaborate with heads of offices in the region and develop customer-oriented service
  • Work with analytics based on statistical data

Qualifications

About you
  • You have more than 2 years of experience in sales
  • You have a high level of spoken and written Spain and Russian, English - will be an advantage
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to make key decisions and solve problems, service-oriented person
