Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate native level English teacher to join our friendly team in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. We are looking to expand our pool of teachers on an autonomo basis, providing cover when required. There may be the possibility of contractual work as the academy develops. The candidate will be a native level English speaker and have solid teaching experience. Knowledge of the Cambridge Exams is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging English classes for our students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other teachers for curriculum development.

Qualifications

  • Native level English speaker.
  • English teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA).
  • Knowledge of Cambridge Examinations.
  • Previous experience teaching English to students of different levels and ages.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to students.
  • Work permit, visa and satisfactory Certificado de Antecedentes Penales.
